Mr D. Subhas, B.E., M.I.E.MSEI, had started this CONSULTANCY organisation during 1985-86 after serving 10 yrs. with Govt. of W.B. in a very senior position & 5 years with private Sector.

Mr D. Som, passed Architecture from RVCE, Bangalore and got registered with Council of Architecture, New Delhi after his service with an ISO 9001-2000 Architectural firm as Project Architect mainly and Project Auditor. He happens to be the Principal Architect of the Firm and son of the proprietor.

The company maintains a Professional team of Graduate & Diploma Architects, Engineers (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural ) Interior designers knowing AUTO CAD and 3 D MAX and Tough Site Engineers to tackle Vendors to achieve best of them. The team is expanding with the increase of Projects in the recent past. In addition to that the Company maintains different ASSOCIATES for HVAC, Plumbing and drainage Systems, FIRE & SECURITY system developing, including Experts from Electrical & Networking field.
